Sound Curtains
Sound Curtains are a flexible, effective, and economical method of
noise reduction in a wide variety of Industrial and OEM noise
control applications. The sound blankets are constructed of modular
panels that can be used to form Sound Walls, Partial Sound Barriers
and Machine Sound Enclosures. The blankets offer both sound
absorption as well as noise reduction. Mounting hardware is
available for curtain track systems, acoustic screens and
enclosures.

Sound Barrier Walls
Outdoor community noise problems may require an engineered Sound
Barrier Wall. Our walls offer sound reduction by absorbing the sound
at its source and blocking the noise from transmitting to noise
sensitive areas. Substations, HVAC Chillers, Power Generators,
Cooling Towers, and Compressors are a few outdoor noise candidates
for our Noise Barrier Walls.

Steel Sound
Enclosures Presses, Grinders, Milling, Blowers
and other in-plant machinery and processes may require an Acoustic
Steel Sound Enclosure. Our modular steel panels offer large sound
reduction while providing for ventilation, maintenance
accessibility, lighting and other production requirements.

Sound Baffles
Baffles are an economical sound absorption method
for absorbing acoustic energy inside a room constructed of hard
surfaces. Our acoustic baffles are designed to be suspended from a
ceiling to lower reverberation noise.

|
Silencers
Blowers, fans, stacks and any machine air exhausts
or intakes can be muffled using our large selection of Silencers. We
can offer low pressure drop and maximum noise reduction for your
specific application.

Duct Lagging
Unger’s DL-10LAG Acoustic Duct Lagging is a lagging,
composite material that is typically used to wrap noisy pipes and
ducts to block the noise that transmits through the walls of the
pipe or duct as air or other contents move through.

Anechoic Chambers & Acoustic Test Enclosures
OEM’s and suppliers are increasingly being asked to
provide acoustic test data on their products. Vendors and consumers
are demanding “quieter and environmentally friendly” products. Our
engineers can help you in the selection, design and supply of your
next Anechoic Room, Acoustic Test Chamber, or Quiet Room.

Cabinet Liner Foam
Existing machine cabinets such as pumps, compressors, grinders,
fans, etc. can be bare metal construction. We offer our machine
cabinet acoustic foam liner. This composite foam helps absorb sound
inside the existing steel box.

|
Acoustic Blanket
Reduce the noise at the source with an acoustical
wrap. These noise barriers / sound absorbers are easy to
install and an effective solution for noise reduction when space is
at a premium. Typically applied to noisy compressors,
hydraulic pumps, and fan housings, this versatile engineered
material can be adapted to many difficult applications and
equipment.
