One of the best ways to reduce noise from a noisy piece of equipment is to install a sound mitigating curtain.  This sound curtain can help contain, shield, absorb, and block the sound exposure to your employees.

We can assist you in the design of this sound partition or sound enclosure curtain system.  The basic rules of thumb are to shield the noise with a sound partition of the appropriate width and height.  You should, at minimum, block the line-of-sight of the noise source, and we recommend extending the height 3′ to 4′ above the line-of-sight for reductions approaching 10 to 15 decibels.

Below is our eNoise Control sound worksheet to help you with your sound project.  Please complete the worksheet and e-mail it to us at info@enoisecontrol.com for assistance with designing your sound mitigating curtains.  You can also call us at 888-213-4711.
