Metal Faced Acoustical Panels

eNoise Control manufactures and supplies metal faced acoustical panels for a variety of applications, such as manufacturing facilities and recreation centers. The panels feature a fully formed one-piece perforated metal shell. Mount them to your existing walls for sound control that is both attractive and sturdy.

Corrosion resistant electro-galvanized steel
High performance noise absorption characteristics to NRC 1.05
ASTM E-84 Class I fire rating

Mounting options include 18 gauge built-in flush brackets and low-frequency stand-off brackets. Panels are available with a choice of sound absorbing fills and densities to fit your project. Several protective fill encapsulation options are available, including completely heat sealed encapsulation for use in Class 100 Clean Rooms.

Metal faced acoustical panels are available in heavy duty construction up to 14 gauge steel. Aluminum and stainless steel construction options are also available.
