Dog kennels can be very noisy environments. Multiple dogs barking can cause high sound levels. Interior spaces for kennels are often constructed of hard, cleanable surfaces which help amplify the noises causing echoes and loud noises.
Unger Technologies has helped improve the acoustics inside kennels and other animal shelter locations. Our typical approach is to add sound absorption to the walls and/or ceiling to help damping and lower the echoes inside the kennel. We have many product offerings for lowering the noise levels. Products such as sound baffles and fabric wrapped wall panels help absorb sound.
